Open & Transparent Government:

• Prioritize listening to resident concerns and suggestions.
• Strictly adhere to State Regulations, especially Sunshine Meeting rules.
• Recruit and encourage competent citizens for Planning Board, Board of Adjustment, and committees/commissions.
• Make Township meetings citizen-friendly.
• Utilize ad hoc Citizen committees to study and report on important issues.

Fiscal Responsibility & Affordability:

• Utilize Robert’s Accounting and Financial skills to fully assess the current budget, revenues, and expenses.
• Demand efficiency in all operations and careful management of Township funds.
• Aggressively pursue all opportunities to generate more revenue for the Township through grants and State and Federal programs, reducing the tax burden.
• Ensure budget transparency.

Protecting Our Community & Way of Life:

• Support and expand local resources: Schools, the Bunnvale Library, History Museum, recreational facilities, parkland and open fields, streams, and forests.
• Increase preservation efforts for the Township, safeguarding community and local history.
• Strongly support Fire and Police Forces, finding additional tools to reduce speeding in high-risk zones.
• Focus on good and safe roads.

Promoting Local Business & Collaboration:

• Encourage and promote Lebanon Township as business-friendly & environmentally correct.
• Continue strong support for Highlands Commission status.
• Highlight local businesses’ contributions at monthly meetings through initiatives like “Business of the Month”.
• Collaborate with experts to secure grant funds and other revenue-generating opportunities to achieve Township goals with fewer tax dollars.
